an association of natural or juridical persons engaged or involved in REAL ESTATE SERVICE that are duly registered and/or licensed under Philippine law composed of brokers, appraisers, assessors, consultants and salespersons.
Organized and established on June 9, 2011
by a group of professional real estate practitioners from the government and private sectors nationwide to pursue a common objective of truly professionalizing he real estate industry and raising the level of ethical standards of licensed real estate practitioners. It also aims to provide an excellent environment for professional development, career and business opportunities for its members.
PFRESPI’s main mission
is to unite duly licensed real estate service practitioners in the Philippines in order to provide a single voice for the sector, adhere to the highest standards of business and professional ethics leading to a responsible and competitive brand of professionals that are at par with their counterparts around the globe, and endeavour to be the integrated professional organization that will promote the best interests of its members while keeping the welfare of the buying public as its paramount concern.

EXPLORING PARTNERSHIP. Officials from FIABCI Philippines International Inc. and its Principal Member, Philippine Federation of Real Estate Service Professionals, Inc. (PFRESPI) pay a visit to #DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar to explore potential partnership in fulfilling President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program. Secretary Acuzar presented the plans and initial accomplishments of DHSUD under the said program, which drew applause and support from FIABCI and PFRESPI officials.
